Refunds and Returns Policy

Overview

If you change your mind about a physical item (T-shirts or vinyl), you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. This is longer than the 14 days required by law, and applies to sale items as well as full-price items.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. We may reduce your refund if an item has been handled more than is needed to check it, in the way you could in a shop.

Digital downloads cannot be returned once the download has started, unless they are faulty.

How to return an item

1. Email us at help@paradiseseries.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
2. We will reply with our returns address.
3. Send the item(s) back within 14 days of emailing us. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost on their way back to us.

You pay the cost of returning items you have changed your mind about. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we will cover reasonable return postage.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will email to confirm and refund you within 14 days. We refund the price of the item and the cost of standard delivery, to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few further days to show the refund.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please email us with your order number and a photo of the problem. Within 30 days of delivery you are entitled to a full refund; after that, we will offer a repair or replacement, or a refund if that is not possible. These rights come from the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and apply to sale items too.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or design, return the original item for a refund and place a new order. If the item is faulty, we can send a replacement instead.

Late or missing refunds

If your refund has not arrived 5 working days after we confirm it, please check with your bank or card provider, then contact us and we will look into it.
