Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
The following items are not eligible for return:
– Gift cards
– Downloadable software products
To complete your return, you need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
1. Check your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card company—processing times vary.
3. Contact your bank, as there may be delays.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Email us at *help@paradiseseries.com. We send we will send and exchange number and returns address once you exchange has been agreed.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once received, we will send you a gift certificate.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, we will refund the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
Please contact us first for a return number and shipping address to return your product.
You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returns, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
For returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
